1.Can I customize this order?

Yes!All of our products can be customized.If you want to change the text or logo,just leave that request in the notes section at checkout.Most listing have an image of the product that shows what can be customized.For instance, it will say Text 1,Text 2,etc.Just let us know what you want the text to say.If you want a custom size that you don't see in our shop,message us for info!

2.Can you put custom logos on your products?

Absolutely!If you have a logo that you'd like on one of our items,simply send it to us and we can verify it will work for laser engraving or full color options.The high resolution image will be better.

3.How quickly can I get the product?

Please check the lead time on each item.If you need it before that,you can also choose to rush the order,choose a faster shipping method to get your items quicker,and message us with your date needed by and we will do what we can to accommodate your order.You can see the specific ship time on the shipping page.

4.What's the size of these tap handle?Will it fit my keg?

As we offer several styles of beer tap handles,the size are also difference.All the tap handles are about 7 inches tall,for the exact dimensions,you can see the description from every listing.And it's standard faucet size 3/8 ''16 thread,fit all standard sized kegerators,beer faucets,and beer towers.

5.What Happens Once an Order is Placed?

Once your order is placed,your credit card will be charged,and it immediately will go into our order system.It will then go into a "Processing" status signifying it has been sent to our warehouse,then we'll prepare for your items and ship to you soon,if you want to custom the logo or get confused about the product,you can contact with our customer service,and we'll send you proof to approve,after your approval,will ship to you ASAP.

6.If I want to purchase a bulk order, is it available?

Of course!We did offer bulk order, you can fill out the bulk order form, or message me about the order quantity and description of project, then I can set up a custom listing for you.

7.Why Won't My Order Go Through?

If you keep getting sent back to the payment page during checkout, it is due to a problem with your billing address and/or credit card, you can check it again or contact with our customer service.
